Digital Products Policy
All products sold on RhythmFlow Studio are digital downloads delivered electronically.
Because of the nature of digital content:
- All sales are final
- No physical items are shipped
- No returns are possible once access is granted
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital materials.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not provided under the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- The product does not meet personal expectations
- You no longer need the product
- You did not use or fully review the materials
- You purchased the product by mistake
Digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered.
Exceptions — Technical Issues
We will consider assistance or resolution only in the case of verified technical problems, such as:
- The file cannot be downloaded
- The file is corrupted or incomplete
- Access to the product was not properly delivered
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
We will either:
- restore access, or
- provide a corrected file
Refunds are issued only if the problem cannot be resolved.
Unauthorized Use
Refunds will not be granted if:
- the product has been copied, shared, or redistributed
- access has been downloaded and retained
- there is evidence of misuse or violation of our terms
All RhythmFlow Studio products are protected intellectual property.
Product Responsibility
Before purchasing, we encourage you to:
- carefully read the product description
- review what the product includes
- confirm it fits your studio or instructional needs
